Damyr needs a raise! I loved my tour with Damyr Moore. He was very organized, funny and had a great attitude. Every question was answered with ease and he made me feel very comfortable. i loved the community.

I have only just moved to Camden Vantage for a few weeks. So far the experience has been very satisfactory. The apartment is spacious. It meets my expectations, and the most important thing is that my dog has been very calm here. The attention at the "Leasing Center" has been wonderful. Justin has been very kind and attentive. I hope that everything continues like this and in the future I can comment again on good terms.

Touring with Justin was such a great experience! He was was very inviting and informed on the property. He toured us of all the amenity areas and made the best recommendation for what we were looking for in a new home. The property plus his interaction was more than enough to make us decide to move forward with applying and choosing Camden Vantage as our next home! There was no need for us to continue with any other tours scheduled for the day. His communication was also very consistent throughout the application process!

Great apartment complex with easy parking, rooftop hangout areas, multiple pools, a workout facility, & a dog park area. Staffed well. This apartment complex is also in a very great location — very close to downtown Atlanta, Martin Luther King Jr. historical sites, running/biking trails, an iconic view of Atlanta’s skyline, and more. In-unit laundry hook-ups. Balconies attached to each unit.

Had NO clue there was a Camden property in the location and just so happened upon Vantage and immediately turned in. Upon entering the office I was greeted with the biggest brightest smile from Charlene! She was such a pleasant personality and helped us through the touring process by answering all our questions and concerns. Great property in a great location with great staff. A++ Camden Vantage.

I’ve been a resident of CV for over a year now and cannot wait till I am able to move to a better environment. For future interest, please spend your money and efforts elsewhere. While the location is great for downtown living and the rooftop view is one of the best, it’s not enough to overlook what this complex fails to compensate for. The community is very young so there’s always some kind of noise disturbance being reported, the security and maintenance of the property is at most a 5/10, and the leasing consultants are inconsistent with their ability to help or even care to provide decent customer service. I’m confused as to where the high google rating is coming from.

Charlene was truly exceptional. She showed genuine concern for my needs and showed me two lovely apartments, and sent me 4 quotes. I will be moving here asap! She is a rockstar and the property is just beautiful!

We toured 12 places and decided on Camden for location. Like every apartment it has things you just naturally find yourself disliking. The people here aren’t super clean but the cleaning staff are exemplary and work extremely hard. In our experience Damyr and Santiago have been the most exceptional and dedicated staff we’ve ever met in an apartment. They love talking to people and are so helpful. We once submitted a request for repair and Santiago was at the door 5 hours later. I’ve never had responses like that especially in Atlanta lol. The apartment is great, $35 for parking in the deck monthly, guest parking isn’t free anymore which sucks because that was a selling point by the apartment. We will absolutely be moving out of here, but in terms of starter apartments this place is about as good as you can get with this kind of closeness to GSU and Grady.
